Mahogany Newt is a power rock trio performing high energy classic rock covers from some of the greatest bands in the world. The band formed in early '90s and has since become well established in South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire as one of the top rock cover bands in the region.

The set includes a wide variety of songs including tracks by Led Zeppelin, Whitesnake, Deep Purple, Rainbow, Journey, Toto and many more. The live performance is enhanced by the subtle use of backing tracks providing keyboard lines to faithfully recreate some of the best songs ever written. (Please note these are not 'off the shelf ' backing tracks but purpose made tracks recorded by Andy for the band.)
